We try to ship your order within 2 business days after receiving the order. On average, it takes 2-7 business days for the package to transfer from our warehouse to your doors. We only ship to most areas of Canada. We DO NOT ship to other countries in the world.
We use all major all shipping carriers (Purolator, Fedex, UPS, or others at our discretion). In rare situations, additional shipping charges are required in certain areas of the country. Toys for All will contact you if there are additional charges to discuss options and billing before the unit is shipped. All orders will ship out from our GTA warehouse.
Please understand that the time frame provided by us is for reference only, and does not constitute a warranty or condition of our contract. Return of the goods on the grounds of late shipping or late arrival will be subject to a restocking fee equalling to 25% of the purchase price.
The shipping of the product may be delayed if the goods you purchased are temporarily out of stock, or during peak seasons (including, but not limited to Black Friday, Boxing Day or other statutory holidays).
Signature Requests:The carrier may request signature upon delivery of the package, which is beyond our control.
Toys for All will reserve the right to its own discretion to require signatures in some cases. The carrier may collect signatures to its own discretion, this means in certain areas if the carrier believes the package will be safe they may leave it on your porch in your absence.
Cancellation Policy:
Due to the size of the items, it is usually impossible for us to cancel the order once it is being processed. Upon receiving a request to cancel, we will make reasonable efforts to cancel your order, but no cancellation is guaranteed. We are unable to cancel an order that has been shipped.
For those orders, you may return the product once you receive it, subject to the policy of restocking fees and shipping costs.
We reserve the right to refuse fulfilment of an order at our sole discretion, up to the maximum extent allowed by law. We also reserve the right to cancel any order, which we have already accepted, at our sole discretion, up to the maximum extent allowed by law. Should an accepted
order be cancelled by us, we will refund any payments in FULL. For example, an accepted order may be cancelled by us under the following circumstances:
- The product becomes unavailable.
- Our security system flags your order as unsafe or potential fraud.
- Your address is unverifiable or not a physical address.
- We have reason to believe you are not the legal age to make the purchase.

Pre-Order Cancellation Policy:
If you order an item that is a pre-order item with an estimated ship date, please be advised that pre-order items may involve import/export between different countries, which may result in the product not being able to ship on the estimated ship date and it may not arrive on the estimated arrival date. We are not responsible for pre-order delays due to reasons beyond our control, such
as war, natural disasters, pandemic, import/export policy change, or restriction in travel and flow of goods, etc.
